Activity :

Broad spectrum acaricide for control of ticks, mites and lice on cattle, sheep, goats and pigs.

Rate and Method of Application:

Almatix should be used externally on cattle, sheep, pigs and goats only.

(a) Dipping : Charge at rate of 1 litre Almatix in 500 litres of water and replenish at 1 litre 000Almatix for 250 litres water. Add 3.5kg of lime stabilizer for every 1 litre of Almatix to 000ensure an optimal pH of 11-12 is maintained.

(b) Hand spray: 40 mls Almatix in 20litres water. Mix enough for only one day use.

Treat weekly especially in high tick challenge areas for optimum control.

For pigs: Mix 1 litre Almatix in 250 litres water then spray. Spread the treatment interval as per observed pest infestation.

Contradictions:

Do not use Almatix on horses and donkeys.
Do not drink, eat or smoke when handling the product clean cloth body after handling.

Storage:

Store in cool dry place away from sources of heat. Retain product in tightly closed original containers away from children, livestock and feedstuff.

Waiting period:

Milking may follow immediately the animal is drip dry.
Allow 3 days after application before slaughter
