Activity:

Brigade® controls tough insect pests and mites by breaking their lifecycles, through killing eggs, nymphs and worms, and adults. Brigade® controls white flies, aphids, caterpillars, bollworms, and mites (mainly the Tetranycus spp). Brigade® acts by contact and ingestion, and develops a quick knockdown to insect pests and mites.

Crop Range:

No limitations, Brigade® can be used in cereals, fruits, cotton, vegetables, grapes, and ornamentals among others.

Rate and Method of Application:

Measure the required quantity of Brigade® and pour into a half filled tank of water, fill up the tank, Brigade® mixes well with water; then spray affected crop on both upper and underside of leaves to wet. Repeat spray in 7 – 14 days and avoid spraying during mid-day sun.
1 – 1.5ml Brigade® in 1 lt of water for bollworms, caterpillars, aphids, thrips and soil pests. Use higher rate of 4 – 5mls Brigade® in 1 lt of water to control mites and white flies. In cereals, use 400mls/Ha in standard water volume.

Timing of Application:

Apply / spray Brigade® at the onset of pest appearance.

Precautions:

Undiluted Brigade® may cause eye and skin irritation. Avoid eating and smoking when handling the product. Brigade® is pest control product, which must be handled carefully as per the product label.

Storage:

Store Brigade® in its original package, tightly closed, in a cool dry place away from children, livestock food and fires.

Pre-Harvest Interval: 1 day in most vegetables.
