DESCRIPTION: A special formulation for use in public health. It provides a high level of pest control at exceptionally low dosage and provides an outstanding residual activity. It is odorless, and does not stain surfaces when applied. Mos-n-Roach can be used in all domestic, industrial and public premises.
COMPOSITION: Alpha -cypermethrin 100g/l
MODE OF ACTION: Mos n roach controls insect pests by both contact and ingestion
PEST RANGE: Flies, fleas, mosquitoes, bedbugs, all types of cockroaches and other public health pests.
RATE OF USE:
(a) Flying and crawling pests.
• Spray 0.5-1mls of Mos n roach per litre of water. The spray wash is sprayed to just before point of run off, equivalent to 1 litre per 20 sq meters on most surfaces.
(b) Fogging against mosquitoes, flies and other flying insects.
 Dilute Mos- n- roach with diesel or kerosene at the rate of 1:250 and apply at the rate of 2 litres per hectare.
EFFECT ON BEES: The active ingredient alpha-cypermethrin is toxic to bees, avoid any direct spray on bees.

DESCRIPTION: Talstar has a high social acceptability-not irritating to eyes and skin and does not stain surfaces. It has been widely used is used in any long-lasting treated nets. It is highly recommended for use indoor residue spray in houses and public premises.
COMPOSITION: Bifenthrin 10%w/w
MODE OF ACTION: A fourth generation pyrethroid that affects the nervous system of target pest.
PEST RANGE: Mosquitoes, Cockroaches, fleas, bedbugs, ants, lice, house flies
TARGET VECTOR: Indoor resting adult mosquito
RATE OF USE: Dissolve the 62.5gm sachet in 10lts of water and spray at 40mls/m2
EFFECT ON BEES: Bifenthrin is toxic to bee, avoid any direct spray on bees’ colonies

MODE OF ACTION: Contact and ingestion affecting the closure of sodium channel in the said pest.
PEST RANGE: Ants, roaches, fleas
TARGET: Crawling insect pests on domestic dwelling.
RATE OF USE: Sprinkle the dust enough to control insect pest.

DESCRIPTION: Almatix® is a broad-spectrum acaricide for the control of ticks, mites, and lice on cattle, sheep, goats and pigs. Almatix® should be used externally on cattle, sheep, pigs and goats only.
COMPOSITION: 125 g/L Amitraz
MODE OF ACTION: Its effectiveness is traced back on alpha-adrenergic agonist activity, interaction with octopamine receptors of the central nervous system and inhibition of monoamine oxidases and prostaglandin synthesis. This inhibition leads to overexcitation and consequently paralysis and death in insects.

RATE OF USE:
Dipping: 1 L Almatix® in 500L of water. Replenishment of 100 ml of Almatix® for 25 L of water added to the dip after dipping. Add 0.35 kg of Almatix® stabilizers for every 100 ml of Almatix®.
Hand spray: Put 40 ml of Almatix® in 20 L of water.
Spray Races: 100 ml/50 L of water.
Hand Dressing: 40 ml/20 L of water.
Pigs: Mix 100 ml/25 L(water) or 40 ml/10 L of water
Limitation: Do not apply on horses and donkeys.
EFFECT ON BEES: Amitraz is a formamide exhibiting both acaricidal and insecticidal activity and is frequently used by beekeepers to protect honeybee colonies against Varroa destructor mites

DESCRIPTION: This is a three-way package of products namely a fungicide (Fosphite), a nutritional product (Wondergrow) that provides basic plant nutrients and a nematicide/miticide/insecticide (Marshal 250EC).
COMPOSITION: A combined action of Potassium salts, Carbosulfan.
MODE OF ACTION: Contact and systemic action.
PEST RANGE: Banana weevil, Nematodes, Fusarium, Termites, anthracnose, root rot, phytophthora, cutworms.
CROP RANGE: Bananas
RATE OF USE: Mix 1 litre of each product with 100litres of water and apply at a rate of 1 litre of the mixture per stool either pre-plant or post-plant.
EFFECT ON BEES: Carbosulfan the active ingredient in Marshal is toxic to bee, avoid direct spray on bee colonies and forage bees

Description: Fury 100EW is a broad-spectrum water-based insecticide with contact and ingestion action on many crop pests.

Crop Range: Roses, Carnations, cotton, beans, tomatoes, cabbages, oranges, mangoes, coffee, maize, wheat and barley.
Use Rates:
 8ml/20 L of water
 5ml/20 L on wheat/barley to control aphids
Application: Foliar spray
Effect on bees: Harmful. Do not apply to flowering crops or when bees are actively foraging

DESCRIPTION: Safe product for the control of storage insects’ pests including the Larger Grain Borer in stored grain and pulses.

MODE OF ACTION: Contact and ingestion delaying the closure of the sodium channel.
PEST RANGE: Maize stalk borer and large grain borer on stored grain and pulses.
CROP RANGE: All stored grains and pulses
RATE OF USE:
Maize on cob: Dust every layer of 30cm-40cm to achieve a rate of 50gm of Super graindust for every two bags of cob maize.
Shelled grain (maize, wheat, etc.): Dust the grain at 50gm/90kg and mix thoroughly using
a shovel on canvas. Dust the outside of the 90kg bags after filling to stem back re-infestation.
EFFECT ON BEES: Harmful to bees, avoid dusting on bee colony.
